There’s nothing better than a birthday at Home At Last Dog Rescue’s Phoenix House… except maybe two birthdays at once!
This week, we’re throwing a tail-wagging double celebration for two of our most lovable residents:
Daisy, our sweet and sassy girl, is turning 6 years old!
Ambrose (aka Carl), the gentle goofball, is turning 2 years old!
Both Daisy and Ambrose came to us looking for a second chance—and Phoenix House gave them exactly that. A safe, loving space where they could heal, grow, and just be dogs. And today? Today they get CAKE. (Dog-friendly, of course!)
From zooming in the yard to snuggling on the couch, these two have brought so much joy to everyone around them. Birthdays at Phoenix House are extra special because they remind us that every dog deserves to be celebrated—no matter where they are on their journey to a forever home.
So here’s to Daisy and Ambrose/Carl—may your day be filled with treats, belly rubs, and all the love you deserve!
