I'm ready for my new family!

Meet Dodger! At 8.5 years old and 20 lbs, this spunky Cairn Terrier is ready to find his retirement home. Dodger loves snuggle puddles, walks outside and a good toy to wrestle with. He also is very food and treat motivated and loves you as soon as you give him a treat! He is pretty peppy given his age and is just a happy-go-lucky guy! 

Dodger was sadly surrendered to a local vet when his previous owner could not afford his vet bills (he is blind in his right eye and needs drops, and had developed a treatable dry skin condition). He was sad to say goodbye to his previous owner, but is ready to find his retirement home, maybe even with another retiree? 

Dodger is comfortable with other dogs, but may bark when they startle him (he is blind in one eye after all), and also comfortable with cats and kids, though we think he would do best in a quieter home!
