I'm ready for my new family!

Darling Darrell is an absolutely gorgeous Pit mix. He is 2 years old and 55 - 60 lbs. His top 3 qualities are his friendliness, playfulness, and his love of a good cuddle puddle!!! Darrell's favorite day of the week is when it's time to go to meet and greets because he gets to make SO many new friends of all ages and even some new doggy friends! You can find him rolling over for belly rubs or begging for chin scratches from strangers, behavior he heightens at home - often plopping down into his foster parents lap and nuzzling in for a good rub. Darrell, still being a puppy, LOVES to play, play, play till he plops down. We would consider him medium to high energy (mainly because he is young). He fetches, but does not really understand retrieval yet. But mostly, he just loves to bolt around the yard with happy zoomies or chomp down on a good bone! After a long day of meeting new friends and playing till he plops, he wants nothing more than Netflix and chill with some belly and chin rubs. He is a major cuddler, especially when he's tired.

A few more important facts: Darrell is house and crate trained, loyal and food motivated (making him very trainable), and gives the absolute best hugs - making him the perfect dog, so ready for a furever family of his own! He can live with kids of all ages, though he is BIG so will need patience as he adjusts to little ones (and possibly accidentally knocks them over).
