Young Male Carolina Dog

Hi, my name is Simon. I am a one-year-old Carolina dog mix, weighing 37 pounds. Not familiar with Carolina dogs? Carolina dogs are actually the North American version of the Dingo, nicknamed Dixie Dingos. We are very loyal to our family, we are a gentle, social dog. A fenced-in yard where I can run and play would be great, but I also love a daily walk or a hike in the woods - I guess I am looking for an active family. I am crate trained and working hard on my house training - almost there! I am neutered and up to date on shots. I get along with other dogs, not so sure on cats! I am working on my training and learning to be polite! Do I sound like the perfect dog for you? I know basic commands sit, paw, down and touch, I am super smart and eager to please! My foster mom says I am one goofy, happy-go-lucky fella! So, Simon says apply for me today. Please watch my video on Petfinder to see how silly I am: https://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/37643033.

Ever think about fostering a dog in need? Home At Last Dog Rescue needs fosters! We need volunteers to foster dogs in their homes until permanent homes are found. HAL provides vet care, food, toys. crates, etc. for the dog you are caring for. You provide love, and compassion. If you can’t foster but can help watch a dog overnight here and there, help with transports or events, HAL needs volunteers too! Just email homeatlastdogrescue@yahoo.com for more information on how you can make a difference in a homeless pets life!
