Young Male Shepherd/Rottweiler mix

Hello! My name is King and I’m ready to meet my new royal family! I’m 1-2 years old and a Shepherd / Rottweiler mix, though my foster family thinks I look a lot like a Doberman. I hadn’t been treated as a proper king should before being rescued from ACCT by Home At Last, so I’m a bit skinny at only 45 lbs. But my foster family is trying to fatten me up and I’m just fine with that! Just being a little on the thin side doesn’t keep me from wanting to run and play all day, so I’d love a family that can match my energy level. I’m not sure yet how I feel about cats or kids, but I like playing with other energetic dogs as long as we get some time to really meet properly first. Put in your application and let me show you how fun having a King at home can be!

Ever think about fostering a dog in need? Home At Last Dog Rescue needs fosters! We need volunteers to foster dogs in their homes until permanent homes are found. HAL provides vet care, food, toys. crates, etc. for the dog you are caring for. You provide love, and compassion. If you can’t foster but can help watch a dog overnight here and there, help with transports or events, HAL needs volunteers too! Just email for more information on how you can make a difference in a homeless pets life!
