Young Female Labrador Retriever

Pending adoption 3/28. Bunny Soft! Soft to touch and SO easy on the eyes! I'm hoping to soon be your new super best friend! Arriving at the shelter with two other very shy dogs, I've been slowly showing them the ropes on how to become the well balanced dog that I already am. Folks tell me I "look" very labby but do not have the super bouncy energy that oftentimes is associated with the young labs. With me, I'm just as calm, cool and collect as they come. A perfect lady on the leash, I've never met a stranger and folks love coming up to me to introduce themselves. If you are in the market for a Miss Manners kind of pet who is superb with other dogs (and maybe NOT a good choice if you have cats), give me a call on my bone phone and let's talk pet adoption. Just ask for Nelly, the 1 year old female Lab mix.

Ever think about fostering a dog in need? Home At Last Dog Rescue needs fosters! We need volunteers to foster dogs in their homes until permanent homes are found. HAL provides vet care, food, toys. crates, etc. for the dog you are caring for. You provide love, and compassion. If you can’t foster but can help watch a dog overnight here and there, help with transports or events, HAL needs volunteers too! Just email homeatlastdogrescue@yahoo.com for more information on how you can make a difference in a homeless pets life!
