Adult Male Jack Russell Terrier

Hi, my name on the website is Cesar, but my foster family calls me Bowie! I am a 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier who was found wandering the streets of Philadelphia and ended up in a scary shelter. As you can see from my picture, I have legs that look like a ballerina, but it doesn’t stop me from running around and playing with the other dogs in the house! I love balls and bones, and also cuddling on the couch with my foster family. My foster mom thinks I would be best in a family with teenagers and adults. I do love the younger kids that come to play here with my foster sisters, but sometimes it can be too much excitement for me! I am housebroken and up to date on all my shots! Apply for me today!

Ever think about fostering a dog in need? Home At Last Dog Rescue needs fosters! We need volunteers to foster dogs in their homes until permanent homes are found. HAL provides vet care, food, toys. crates, etc. for the dog you are caring for. You provide love, and compassion. If you can’t foster but can help watch a dog overnight here and there, help with transports or events, HAL needs volunteers too! Just email for more information on how you can make a difference in a homeless pets life!
