Young Female Hound

Introducing Miss Trish! This 1 - 2 year old ball of energy is a hound mix that is looking for the perfect forever home. She is a true love bug that follows her foster mom around everywhere she goes, when she's not playing with her foster fur siblings. At 30 pounds, she's just big enough to be able to rough house with the best of them, so if she's going to share a home with other dogs or kids, it would be better if they were larger than her. She's not big on cats, small dogs (under 25 pounds) or small children (under 5) since they have a hard time handling all of her love and energy! But if you are looking for a furry friend to smother you with kisses and always be ready for playtime, Trish is your gal. Check out her video on Petfinder to see how much fun she has with her appropriately sized playmates: Trish is crate-trained, house broken, walks well on a leash and is up-to-date on shots, spayed and microchipped. She's going to be a real joy to the lucky family that becomes her furever home, so apply today and receive a lifetime of Miss Trish's kisses!

Ever think about fostering a dog in need? Home At Last Dog Rescue needs fosters! We need volunteers to foster dogs in their homes until permanent homes are found. HAL provides vet care, food, toys. crates, etc. for the dog you are caring for. You provide love, and compassion. If you can’t foster but can help watch a dog overnight here and there, help with transports or events, HAL needs volunteers too! Just email for more information on how you can make a difference in a homeless pets life!
