Young Female Shepherd

Hi! My name is Abby and I’m so excited to meet you! Don’t be deterred if I’m a little shy at first, I just take my time getting to know new people, but once I do, you’ll be my best friend forever. I’m a 40 lb. one and a half year old shepherd mix that is ready to settle into my forever home. My foster mom has been helping me build my confidence by playing with other dogs, and I love it! Maybe if you had a furry brother or sister for me, I could be a new addition to your family? I am crate-trained and very food motivated, so training is always fun since I know I get treats! See how well I’m doing on my video: I love running around the yard almost as much as I love snuggling and giving lots of kisses. Do you think I might be the perfect fit for your family? Apply to adopt me today!

Ever think about fostering a dog in need? Home At Last Dog Rescue needs fosters! We need volunteers to foster dogs in their homes until permanent homes are found. HAL provides vet care, food, toys. crates, etc. for the dog you are caring for. You provide love, and compassion. If you can’t foster but can help watch a dog overnight here and there, help with transports or events, HAL needs volunteers too! Just email for more information on how you can make a difference in a homeless pets life!
