Adult Male Bichon Frise

Snowball here, aka "Snowie" a fluffy white 13 pound, 3-5 year-old male, Bichon Frise who was given away by my owners to the ACCT Philadelphia shelter just recently because I was not feeling that well. However, my New Year's wish came true and Home at Last saved me and made sure I got my much-needed Perianal Hernia repaired through surgery. I am feeling like a new man these days, and as long as I am on a consistent healthy diet things couldn't be better! I have a quiet, and sweet disposition and love to take walks! Just check out my video on Petfinder at: I am crate and house trained and love to be with my people! My 2017 New Year could only get better if I could find a Home at Last to make me part of their hearts and family. Could you make my dreams come true?

Ever think about fostering a dog in need? Home At Last Dog Rescue needs fosters! We need volunteers to foster dogs in their homes until permanent homes are found. HAL provides vet care, food, toys. crates, etc. for the dog you are caring for. You provide love, and compassion. If you can’t foster but can help watch a dog overnight here and there, help with transports or events, HAL needs volunteers too! Just email for more information on how you can make a difference in a homeless pets life!
